The Armagnac coat of arms can be seen on the façade whereas the interior of the church houses a Way of the Cross offered by a countess of Lévis, along with the Corcoral family vault, who were lords of the Mas Granet and of Ourtiguet. The tomb of the mother of Monseigneur Affre, Archbishop of Paris who was killed on the barricades in 1848 is in the graveyard. This building has long been the seat of Calmels et le Viala parish.
