At its entrance, is a 180 million-year-old complete skeleton of an extinct marine dinosaur, the Occitanosaurus tournemirensis was discovered fossilized in the “grey clay soils.” A copy of the original skeleton is exhibited in the House of Plesiosaur located in the heart of the village.
