Tell us about your desire to change your life...
We've had a holiday home on the Larzac plateau since 2011. Then we became happy grandparents and looked for a more suitable house to accommodate the ‘enlarged’ family. We were introduced to Baldassé and fell in love with the place. But our objective was not to buy such a large property. After much consideration, we saw Baldassé as a great place to work and an opportunity to change our lives completely. So we left our respective businesses (masonry for Christophe and farming for Christine) to set up another one, but this time the two of us. Working together was a dream, because we complement each other so well and have the same high standards at work.
And we love Roquefort cheese. We've tasted them all! And the region is so beautiful, the landscapes so expressive.
