YOUR PRESENTATION IN A FEW WORDS
My name is Christopher, I'm originally from the Basque country and I celebrated 30 years in the restaurant business this year. I arrived in Aveyron completely by chance after falling in love with the restaurant L'Hortus in Saint-Affrique. My cooking there is very much like me, and I try to please as many people as possible.

A good Roquefort from Gabriel Coulet.
ARE YOU MORE INTO OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES, SIGHTSEEING OR RELAXING?
Both activities in the great outdoors, such as a canoe trip in the Tarn gorges, and lazing around to unwind from the working week.
YOUR FAVOURITE INGREDIENT?
Espelette chilli pepper, because of my Basque origins.
