The 1st mission is to preserve and inventory archives, objects, interviews, iconography, books: this part cannot be visited.
The 2nd mission is to make these funds available to people who wish to do research on the Roquefort sector: of course, it is preferable to book in advance during the opening hours of Le Saloir.
The 3rd mission is to promote these heritage collections in different formats (visits, exhibitions, etc.).
Upon reservation, we can provide guided tours of the village on different themes.
Le Saloir
The Saloir is a center of resources, research and development of the heritage of Roquefort.
